AI and your data

Some Ciraura features use AI: drafting a progress report or a treatment plan, planning a session, building a decision tree, summarising themes across session notes, answering a clinician’s question about a client’s progress, and suggesting which staff member could take a new client.
Health information
When a feature works from a client’s records, the request goes to Azure OpenAI, Microsoft’s AI service. It is the only AI service Ciraura sends health information to.
Scheduling suggestions
When a scheduler asks for a staff suggestion, Ciraura sends Anthropic only the calendar’s start and end dates, the session length, the sessions per week, the schedule (once, until a date, or a number of sessions), and for each staff member who could take the session, their record number with their booked and available hours.
A record of every request
Ciraura logs each AI request: who asked, the feature, the AI service it went to and when. If Ciraura cannot write that log entry, the request does not go out. Your clinic’s staff can read their clinic’s log.
Training
Ciraura does not train AI models on clinic records.
